Dominion Technologies offer custom contracts to suit every business. A monthly or quarterly maintenance contract is ideal for those businesses who cannot afford for their networks to go down. On a prepay contract you pay in advance for an agreed period, this will entitle you to priority call outs should anything go wrong thus, ensuring your company does not lose valuable working time. Dominion Technologies will arrange scheduled visits to service the whole network or be called on an as and when basis. As we will be looking after your network regularly we get to know the way you work and the way you like things to run and a good working relationship evolves.
Hardware Repairs We provide repairs and replacements for almost all hardware related problems including Motherboards, Power Supplies, Hard Drives, DVDRW Drives and more. We also address and fix any software related problems too. In the event of a hardware failure, as a valued contracted customer you are entitled to Priority Response. A full report will then be emailed to you informing you of what we have done. Upgrades As your equipment starts to reach the end of its working life we can replace and update your system. Should you move premises we will come and install your network and computers so you are up and running as quickly as possible. Whether your PC is suffering from a case of Monday blues, virus attack or is just not switching on at all then we can help. We have trained engineers who are qualified in hardware break-fix and can solve 99% of issues. We also offer a Collect and Return procedure to avoid numerous visits if a problem seems to be quite complex. Collect and return involves us collecting your PC from your office/home and taking it to our workshop for repair. Upon repair your PC is then returned to you and fully setup and tested. This process generally takes within 12hrs. to 96hrs. |
